Shipping in Australia
What does shipping cost?
We offer the following shipping rates:
- $10 Express Street Address [For delivery to Residential or Business street addresses]
- $15 Express for deliveries to PO Box, RMB, Rural Properties or Parcel Lockers/Parcel Collect
Please note we are currently unable to offer local pickup.
How is my order shipped?
We use an Express Courier for our $10 flat rate Express Courier Delivery option which delivers to a residential or business address only.
Orders that are for delivery to a PO Box, RMB, rural property or Parcel Locker/Parcel Collect address must select the $15 Express option.
When will I get my order?
We endeavour to process, pack and ship your order within 2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location – most metro orders arrive within 1 business day of posting.
This means most orders are received within 4 business days of you placing your order and in many cases will be just 2-3 business days.
We will send you an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. This may go to your “spam” folder so please check there if you can’t find our email within 2 business days of your order. Sometimes you will receive your order before you receive the tracking email, as we prioritize packing and shipping of orders first!
We are currently unable to ship to international destinations.

How do I pay for my order?
All payments are collected securely via Paypal, Stripe. Zippay or AfterPay. We are unable to take payments over the phone.
What is AfterPay?
AfterPay is a third party service that allows you to buy now but pay later, offering flexible payment options that are interest free! All you need is to be over 18, have a debit or credit card, and live in Australia. Read more about how AfterPay works here.

Where is my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days. We will email you with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account. Sometimes our emails go into your spam folder so don’t forget to check that!
The shoes I ordered don’t fit. What do I do now?
Don’t worry – at Tiptoe & Co we have our Happiness Guarantee! You will find it on our Terms & Conditions page.
Do you do lay-by?
Lay-by is not available however we do offer AfterPay and Zippay (see above) which allows customers to Shop Now and Pay Later.
How should I care for and clean my leather shoes?

What is “PU leather”?
PU leather, or polyurethane leather, is a faux or imitation man-made leather. It provides the look and style of leather but is not as breathable as the real thing. PU leather is generally quite water resistant and easy to clean, and is more affordable than genuine leather. Our PU leather shoes are generally a PU upper with a leather lining, so the part of the shoe that is in contact with your kids feet is genuine leather.
