Payment Methods and Processing
Tiptoe & Co accepts payment via PayPal, credit card (via Stripe), Zippay or Afterpay.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be organised in Madeley,  WA (your postcode will determine if you’re in the local area).

Please enter your postcode then select “local pick-up” on checkout.  We will contact you by email to organize a time for you to collect your order.

Change of Mind
No exchanges or refunds are available for change of mind purchases.

Incorrect Size Exchanges/Returns

If you have purchased an incorrect size, please contact us at hello@tiptoeandco.com.au so we can confirm whether an exchange pair is available and advise you of the return address.

Customers are responsible for postage costs to return pairs to us for an exchange. We will happily cover costs for Australia Post regular postage to post your alternative pair to you. The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it. Exchanges are subject to availability, if your preferred size is not in stock we may offer an alternative. Please request your size exchange within 7 days of receiving the shoes.  Footwear items can not be exchanged if they have been worn.  We cover the one-way postage on size exchanges once per order for Australian orders only.

If you shop with PayPal, you may be eligible for their Refunded Returns service and PayPal will refund you the cost of sending items back, up to 8 times per year, to a value of $45 per eligible transaction.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items, including those purchased with a website discount code, are not able to be returned for a refund, so please purchase wisely! You may return them for a store credit or an exchange.

Your personal details are secured by a GeoTrust Quick SSL Certificate to enable server security.  We do not see or retain your credit card details at any time, they are processed by third party providers.

Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us by email (hello@tiptoeandco.com.au) within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Each case will be assessed on a case-by-case basis on its merits. As per Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for paying postage to return faulty items but this may be refunded upon assessment of the shoes.

Backorders / Out of Stock

On rare occasions, due to computer or human stocktake errors, an item you have ordered may be out of stock.  Should this occur we will notify you as soon as possible and discuss your available options, which would usually be a) refund, b) select an alternate pair or c) wait for items on backorder.  It is always our intention that EVERY item on our website is IN STOCK unless otherwise noted.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Given the nature of the presentation of the products on the web and different types of displays and screens in use, colours, textures and fabrics shown on our website may slightly differ from the actual item.

We reserve the right to make any changes, additions, deletions, modifications  or corrections at any time without prior notice.
