Our Happiness Guarantee (and T&Cs)
Here at Tiptoe & Co, your happiness is important to us – after all, our customers are part of the family! But we know that sometimes shopping for items online can be a little tricky. With this in mind, we have created our Happiness Guarantee and we think you will agree it’s a recipe for finding the perfect pair of kids shoes online for your little one.
If you have purchased an incorrect size, we will happily cover postage costs one-way on your size exchange. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can confirm whether an exchange pair is available and advise you of the return address. Customers are responsible for postage costs to return pairs to us for an exchange, we will cover costs for Australia Post regular postage to post your alternative pair to you.
The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it. Exchanges are subject to availability, if your preferred size is not in stock we may offer an alternative. Please request your size exchange within 14 days of receiving the delivery. For hygiene reasons tights and socks can not be exchanged if they have been worn or tried on. We cover the one-way postage on size exchanges once per order.
We want you to love your purchase from Tiptoe & Co! So if you don’t love it, you can return it for a refund of the purchase price (minus postage) via your original method of payment. The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it. Please request your refund within 14 days of receiving the delivery via email@example.com. Due to hygiene reasons tights and socks can not be refunded if they have been worn or tried on. Please note refunds for change-of-mind orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Processing of your refund will occur within 3 business days of our warehouse receiving the package.
If you shop with PayPal, you may be eligible for their Refunded Returns service and PayPal will refund you the cost of sending items back, up to 8 times per year, to a value of $45 per eligible transaction.
Your personal details are secured by a Tinbot SSL Certificate to enable server security. We do not see or retain your credit card details at any time, they are processed by third party providers.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Each case will be assessed on a case-by-case basis on its merits. As per Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for paying postage to return faulty items but this may be refunded upon assessment of the shoes.

Backorders / Out of Stock
On rare occasions, due to computer or human stocktake errors, an item you have ordered may be out of stock. Should this occur we will notify you as soon as possible and discuss your available options, which would usually be a) refund, b) select an alternate pair or c) wait for items on backorder. It is always our intention that EVERY item on our website is IN STOCK unless otherwise noted.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Given the nature of the presentation of the products on the web and different types of displays and screens in use, colours, textures and fabrics shown on our website may slightly differ from the actual item.
