What if I Make an Error or Wish to Cancel my Order?
If you have made an error with your order, please contact us by email (pat@tiptoeandco.com.au) ASAP. Our priority is getting your order dispatched quickly, therefore there may be a limited time window between you placing your order and it being packed and shipped by our warehouse team.
We do not allow order cancellations (i.e. prior to dispatch of your order) due to change of mind.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us by email (pat@tiptoeandco.com.au) within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Each case will be assessed on a case-by-case basis on its merits. As per Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for paying postage to return faulty items but this may be refunded upon assessment of the item.
Payment Methods and Processing
Tiptoe & Co accepts payment via PayPal, credit card , Zip or Afterpay.
Gifts with Purchase
From time to time, Tiptoe & Co may offer a Gift with Purchase, for which the purchase of a specific item would be required in order to receive the Gift. Should your order qualify for a Gift with Purchase, and you subsequently return the qualifying order item(s) for a refund (i.e. due to size or fit), you would also be required to return the Gift with Purchase that you received, as you would have no longer purchased and therefore would not qualify for the promotion.
Backorders / Out of Stock
On rare occasions, due to computer or human stocktake errors, an item you have ordered may be out of stock. Should this occur we will notify you as soon as possible and discuss your available options, which would usually be a) refund, b) select an alternate pair or c) wait for items on backorder. It is always our intention that EVERY item on our website is IN STOCK unless otherwise noted.
Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Given the nature of the presentation of the products on the web and different types of displays and screens in use, colours, textures and fabrics shown on our website may slightly differ from the actual item.
